Potentially usable area and preliminary setbacks
Shading, parapets, skylights, HVAC units, and other obstructions
Local solar irradiance, historical weather, temperature, and snow
Estimated panel density and preliminary DC/AC system size
Estimated annual electricity generation and system losses
Facility electricity usage and interval data, where provided
Utility rate structure, demand charges, and export compensation
Roof age, condition, warranty, and material, where available
Structural, electrical, grid, interconnection, and permitting review needs
Ownership, decision-maker status, timing, budget, and level of interest
