We do not drop you into a product and expect you to figure it out. For founding pilot customers, we work with your team to set up your building portfolio, import your current due dates, and configure your compliance records. Most pilots are operational within one working session.

After the pilot: standard pricing

When your founding pilot completes, your team moves to standard pricing:$249 per additional buildingYour original 10 buildings remain at founding pilot pricing ($399/month total). Founding pilot pricing is locked in for life — we do not plan a bait-and-switch.
